Old Dalby travelled to Lambley in this top of the table clash looking to continue their winning run. Dalby were asked to field and their young bowlers did them proud with some excellent deliveries from Carrick Fone (3-15), Edward Purcell (1-21) and Harry Clayton (1-5). Lambley crumbled under the pressure and when David Greaves (5-5) began his overs the innings was soon at an end with Lambley all out for 49 runs in 19 overs. It looked to be all to easy for Dalby to wrap the match up in record time however they had not reckoned on the superb bowling of young Ryan McMillan (3-14) who quickly dispatched both of Dalby's openers Tom Driver and George Herrick for 0. Joe Gant and David Greaves managed to halt the slump before Greaves was bowled by McMillan. Dalby managed to hold on and finished with 53 for 5 in 10.4overs to extend their lead at the top of the table.
